ABOUT
How We Work
Back to Nature is an ecologically inspired landscape design/build firm. We see opportunities where others see challenges. We design and build customized outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful, but are ecologically friendly. We work to inspire reciprocation between homeowners and nature by designing thoughtful, functional, regenerative environments to be enjoyed by generations to come.
Back to Nature Home & Garden, our retail location, features a new take on the traditional garden center, offering a complete, organic approach to gardening. Designed to help further our green mission, our Garden Center expanded our reach from a landscape/design build firm to enable homeowners to make a positive improvement to their property, as well as the local ecology.
In addition, we offer a variety of services to help clients beautify and maintain their landscape, while keeping in mind the local ecology.
Giving Back
At Back to Nature we feel passionately that our business has a responsibility to inspire the community to act and contribute in a positive way to improving the environment. Whether it’s planting a single tree or the restoration of a meadow, we are committed to enabling homeowners make improvements to their properties, while benefiting the local ecology.

FAQs
Q: Is there any project that is too small?
A: No. Our retail store provides us the capacity to handle smaller installs.
Q: Do you charge for an initial consultation?
A: No.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: While we primarily work in New Jersey, we have designed and built projects throughout the country. From Jackson Hole, WY, West Palm, FL, Westchester County, and the Hamptons, NY.
Q: Do you mow lawns or snow plow?
A: We provide full maintenance services to care for your garden. We can provide everything from setting up your outdoor furniture, delivering seasoned firewood, filling your containers, planting veggies with your children, and of course, maintaining your gardens to the highest standards. But we don’t mow lawns or snow plow – in fact we hire other landscapers to do that work at our own offices!
